Order Processing:
 

  • Expected Handling time is 1-2 business days. Our operational days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Orders placed by 5 PM AEST (our order cutoff time) will be processed on the same business day. Orders placed after 5 PM AEST will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
     

Standard Shipping:
 

  • Expected Transit time is 2-5 business days. Our operational days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Expected Total delivery time to all destinations is 3-7 business days.
     

Shipping Costs:
 

  • For orders under $150 in total order value: $6.95 Flat rate shipping cost

  • For orders over $150 in total order value: Free shipping
     

Tracking Your Order:
 

  • Track your order by using the tracking number and link provided in your shipment confirmation email.
     

Lost or Damaged Items:
 

  • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at info@fragranceparadise.com.au

  • We will resolve the issue promptly, which may involve sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
